Change hook and loop grit discs in seconds, vacuums dust out of the way as you go, edge and buff with the same machine, floats easily as you make your passes. A very non aggressive sander, used primarily on newer flooring or on floors with very minimal finish left, or floors that just need to be scuffed and refinished. Takes 4 hook and loop pads on the bottom each use.
